How to:
Place a Hario V60 disposable filter paper in the wide part of the cone and place ground coffee on the filter. Pour hot water over the ground coffee: the brewed coffee will flow directly from the cone into the serving dish you are using (coffee carafe, cup). Use the V60 Drip Station for more stability and the Hario Coffee & Drip Scale for accuracy!
